Security Staff

Security Staff help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for guests, artists, and employees. They monitor the venue, assist with ticketing and entry operations, enforce venue policies, respond to incidents, and work as a team to ensure events run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a safe environment for guests, artists, and staff
Monitor guest behavior and enforce venue policies
Assist with ticketing, guest check-in, and entry procedures
Check IDs and verify wristbands when assigned
Assist with crowd management and line control
Assist with guest removal when necessary
Support emergency procedures and evacuations
Communicate concerns, incidents, and suspicious activity to the Security Lead or management
Provide friendly, professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Security Lead: $20-$23/hr

The Security Lead oversees all security operations during events, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests, artists, and staff. This role supervises the security team, manages ticketing and entry operations, responds to incidents, and serves as a keyholder responsible for closing the venue at the end of the night.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate security team during events

Assign security staff positions and breaks

Manage ticketing and guest check-in operations

Communicate with ownership and venue staff throughout events

Handle escalated guest, staff, and security situations

Complete incident reports when needed

Serve as a keyholder, including securing and closing the venue at the end of the night

Barback: $15/hour + eligible for bar tip-out in accordance with venue policy

The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders and ensuring efficient bar operations during regular business hours and live events. This position keeps the bar stocked, organized, and clean while assisting with basic food service for the venue's concession-style menu.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Restock liquor, beer, mixers, and supplies

 Maintain ice supply

 Wash and organize glassware

 Remove trash and recycling

 Maintain clean work areas

 Assist bartenders during high-volume periods

Complete closing duties

Help prepare the bar before events

Prepare and serve simple concession-style menu items, including hot dogs and other pre-approved menu offerings.

Operate and monitor the hot dog roller and steam table according to food safety guidelines.

Restock buns, hot dogs, condiments, chips, and other food items.

Monitor and record food holding temperatures as required by management.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food service area, equipment, and utensils.

Notify management when food inventory is running low.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.

Bartender: $9/$10 per hr plus Shared Tips

Bartenders provide excellent beverage service while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient bar environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

 Provide friendly and efficient guest service

 Verify IDs and follow alcohol service laws

 Maintain clean bar stations

 Process transactions accurately

 Restock supplies

 Complete opening and closing duties

 Work collaboratively with bartenders and barbacks

Prepare and serve simple concession-style menu items, including hot dogs and other pre-approved menu offerings.
